Milan Nestarec, Red blend, Czech Republic, 2019 glass-14.50, bottle-58.00
blend of Pinot Noir + some Blaufrankisch, Cab Sauvignon Cab Franc. Quite carbonic, immensely chuggable. Low viscosity, absent minerality.
Wine to be smashed along with some food - nothing more, nothing less. The Forks and Knives Red 2019 tastes like an old school Cabernet.
It’s light, summery, and super fun to drink. Grassy, leafy and kind of gamey with lots of cassis and bell pepper leaf aromas. Delicious! Funky, dry,
light bodied with a very high tobacco and mineral presence. Rounds of quite nicely. Somewhat fizzy feel. Serve thoroughly chilled.

The wine has compact aromatics of dark plum and fresh, healthy earth. On the palate, there are flavors of blackberry, cassis, plum and pepper. The
youthful density of the mouthfeel helps enhance the deep fruit notes on the tongue.
